It was a beautiful day , and Greg and I went out today. We had to run some errands, and go grocery shopping. Aside from that, we stopped off at a place called Hobby Brews and brought a 4 week wine kit. They make the wine right there in the store, and in 4 weeks we will go back and bottle and cork it. We will have to provide the bottles, and corks. We are going to get about 30 bottles of wine for an average of $4.00 (cdn) a bottle. This is an excellent price considering an average bottle of wine costs $9.00-$17.00 bottle and even higher. We have been sampling different brands of Gewurztraminer, and that is the kit we bought. So we are looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Hobby Brews has been turning out excellent wine for nearly 20 years. If you are a wine connoisseur, this is the way to go.
